Q: I own a U-Cart™ type business and I use old-fashioned carts. I do OK, so why should I change my fleet to Concrete Titan's?
A: U-Cart™ type operators who either do all homeowner business, or do not desire contractor business, probably don't need the Concrete Titan. Generally, homeowners aren't too hard to please. Even though the material segregates in a cart while towing (water on the top, gravel on the bottom) many homeowners don't mind standing on their carts and trying to remix with a shovel. They also don't mind the lousy control when dumping. After all, they only do this on a rare occasion.
On the other hand, if you do a good contractor business, or want to increase your contractor business, then the decision is pretty easy. From the time they leave your plant until they are ready to pour, the Concrete Titan is continuously and steadily mixing and keeping the material in suspension, without expensive admixtures. Longer towing distances, or short delays in pouring, have little effect on the quality of the concrete. With the Concrete Titan's rugged design, and free-backing brakes, contractors can easily back the Concrete Titan to their pour even over rough terrain without fear of sloshing, overturning, or damaging your unit. The precision hydraulics allow contractors to meter the concrete into forms, buckets, wheelbarrows, etc., without worrying about the sudden surges you get with an old-fashioned buggy. There is absolutely, positively no doubt that your contractor customers will be much happier, and much more likely to use your service with a Concrete Titan over a buggy.
Frankly, if you are still insisting on using a buggy, you're going to be
by yourself, soon. Virtually ALL trailered concrete suppliers us
rotating drum mixers like the Concrete Titan 125F.
Q: OK, I understand that. But this thing looks hard to clean. What happens if my customer returns it dirty?
A: That has always been one of the biggest objections to a concrete mixing trailer...until now. Beginning with our 125C model, we build-in a 32 gallon water tank, and equip the machine with a small hydraulically driven water pump, and a hose with a nozzle. This is PLENTY of water for your customer to thoroughly wash-out the Concrete Titan. In fact, you will have much less excess material to deal with at your facility when the machines are easily cleaned-out on the jobsite.
Q: A buggy is pretty simple to operate and maintain. Why would I want to train people to operate your machine, and have the extra maintenance to worry about?
A: That's a good question to ask. First, there IS no extra training. If you can pull the starter-cord on an engine, and operate three levers, you can operate the Concrete Titan. Secondly, the Concrete Titan was designed to be very, very low maintenance. Occasionally changing the engine oil, and greasing the machine are all the routine maintenance required. The hydraulic system is protected by a fill-strainer, a tank-outlet strainer, and a spin-on return-line filter. Not much to maintain there, either. The components of the machine are all industrial duty, and shouldn't require anything from you for a long, long time. Of course, you should give a quick check of fluid levels, daily.
Q: Your machine costs more than a buggy. I would have to charge a LOT more for your machine to justify it, wouldn't I?
A: Nope. Compare the two machines side-by-side. The strength and quality of construction of the Concrete Titan over the buggy, or even another mixer trailer, will be obvious to you. In terms of cost per month, the Concrete Titan, with its extraordinarily long life, will prove to have a lower cost-per-month ownership price than anything else we know of. Many of our customers DO charge more for the Concrete Titan, though, and their customers are happy to pay it. The machine simply does a better job, and makes their job easier.
Q: Alright. If I order one now, how soon can I get it, and how will you get it here?
A: Well, delivery is usually less than 90 days, depending on our workload. We deliver machines ourselves to most of the eastern half of the United States, and it runs about $2.50 per mile,
one way, depending on current fuel-costs. No matter where you are, we will arrange the most economical transportation to you.
Q: Cash-flow is important to my business. What about some financing?
A: Cash-flow is important to every business! That's why we offer a super-flexible leasing program. Almost all of our customers qualify with nothing down, and terms range up to five years. At the end of the lease term, you own the machine.
Q: One last question...how about parts support?
A: I'm glad you asked that! Even the BEST of machines occasionally need a replacement part. We know that we will never get that second sale to a customer unless we give excellent support on the first one. That's why we stock 100% of the parts for the 125F, 100% of the time. And we lean hard on our suppliers to make sure it stays that way.
Q: You don't build the ONLY rotating drum
mixing trailer. Why should I buy YOURS instead of one of your
competitors?
A: That's an easy one. Check
on the other web pages on this site, and you'll see for yourself the
substantial differences between our Heavy-Duty machine, and our
competitor's "light-weights". It's very easy to see that the
Concrete Titan easily represents the best value for your money.
